SFX
KNOCK KNOCK

PANEL 2
The door cracks open to reveal a MARY CAMPBELL, a woman of about 32 years. She has blonde hair and only slight signs of any aging. She's in a robe and looks a tad tired.

MARY
Hello?

SIERRA
Hi, I'm Sierra Holt.

MARY
Oh! Okay, come right in!

PANEL 3
The door opens up to reveal a sort of dirty but otherwise nice apartment.

SIERRA
Sorry about it being so late...

MARY
That's alright, I'm used to it.

PANEL 4
SIERRA looks around and is surprised to find a photo of a young, blonde girl (about age 5).

SIERRA
Ah, cool. So, how's your night--

PANEL 5
Close-up of the photo.

SIERRA (OP)
Woah.

PAGE 3, 3 PANELS

PANEL 1
SIERRA now holds the photo. She realizes who the girl in the photo is and is shocked MARY has it.

SIERRA
This is me!

MARY
Yes.

PANEL 2
SIERRA talks directly to MARY now.

SIERRA
How'd you... did my dad give you this?

MARY
Oh yes. I have a collection of them, actually.

PANEL 3
SIERRA's a little freaked out now. A strange lady she's never heard of before a week or two ago apparently has a collection of photos choronicalling SIERRA's life. She's definately freaked.

SIERRA
Why?

MARY
Please, sit.

PAGE 4, 4 PANELS

PANEL 1
MARY and SIERRA sit facing eachother.

MARY
Dan was always supposed to do this...

SIERRA
Do what?

PANEL 2
MARY reveals the secret of SIERRA's life.

MARY
Sierra, I'm your mother.

PANEL 3
SIERRA stands up.

SIERRA
No way... I knew my mother. And my father.

MARY
They adopted you when you were young. When you were just a baby.

SIERRA
No...

PANEL 4
MARY talks some more.

MARY
I know it's a lot for you.

SIERRA
You got that right. I'm not sure how you're expecting me to react.

MARY
That's alright. Maybe we should just call it a night and try this again tomarrow?

SIERRA
Yeah... yeah, that'd be good.

PAGE 5, 4 PANELS

PANEL 1
SIERRA looks out the window with MARY approaching her. Through the window, one should be able to see S-409, but not to the extent that it's obvious she's there. Sorta hidden, ya know?

PANEL 2
Close-up on SIERRA's eyes widening as she realizes who's outside.

PANEL 3
A circular panel showing us S-409 outside.

SIERRA (OP)
Holy shit...

What is it?!

SIERRA
Come on, kitty, where the hell did you go?

MARY
I don't understand...

PANEL 2
SIERRA puts her hands to her head and closes her eyes as she tries to pick up on S-409's thought patterns. SIERRA's face and body should be centered, with the background at a level angle.

SIERRA
Let's try this trick...

PANEL 3
Should look similalar to the last panel, but now SIERRA's face is facing toward the left.

SIERRA
Got'cha.

PANEL 4
SIERRA runs off after S-409, leaving MARY behind.

Our first interlude with KINDLE begins. KINDLE stands on a stage stripping as an audience of  male watchers.

NEWSPAPER CLIPPING
SEATTLE, Washington -- A series of strange fire incidents in the downtown Seattle area have made local residents nervous as the person or party responsible has still not been taken into custody.

PANEL 2
Close-up of one of her watchers. This is the man she'll be spending the night with.

NEWSPAPER CLIPPING
The incidents began shortly last week as a local post-office was burned to the ground. Police that responded to the scene of the crime were burned to death. No civilian witnesses survived to tell their side of the story.

PANEL 3
Another shot of KINDLE, very mysterious.

NEWSPAPER CLIPPING
A local police psychiatrist, Dr. H. Lekter, gave a brief description of why he thinks the person or persons responsible might be doing this. "The culprit is obviously unnerved by society. The person chiefly responsible believes him or herself supperior to all others, as he or she does not fear the law or society."

PAGE 8, 3 PANELS

PANEL 1
KINDLE and her new "client" begin to make-out outside a motel room.

NEWSPAPER CLIPPING
Other incidents as of late have included the discovery of a burnt dog, a teenage boy found in flames, and a prostitute found with burns all over her face.

PANEL 2
KINDLE opens the door and teases the man to come in, doing sort of a dance in front of him as she motions for him to come in with her.

NEWSPAPER CLIPPING
Individuals with knowledge of who the person responsible is are advised to stay clear of him or her to all extent.

PANEL 3
A large panel of inside the motel room. The man slams the door as KINDLE begins to pull off her shirt.
